We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure production targets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve manufacturing processes and achieve operational goals
- Supervise production staff and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products
- Analyze production data and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Assist in managing inventory levels and procurement of materials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Assist in budget planning and cost control measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
