Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical law and regulations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of pharmaceutical legal issues
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to pharmaceutical operations
- Advise on compliance with local and international pharmaceutical laws and regulations
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration related to pharmaceutical matters
- Stay updated on changes in pharmaceutical laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities as needed
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex pharmaceutical legal issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree in Law is preferred
- Licensed to practice law in Dubai; additional qualifications in pharmaceutical law are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations in Dubai and internationally
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
