We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Case Manager to join our team in Ajman within the Consumer Goods industry. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing a caseload of consumer goods-related cases, providing support and guidance to clients, and ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of consumer goods-related cases from start to finish
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized case plans
- Provide support and guidance to clients, including connecting them with resources and services
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to case plans as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that clients receive the best possible support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in case management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
