We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Analyst to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Agriculture. The Program Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating agricultural programs, projects, and initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency in achieving desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on agricultural programs and policies to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Develop and implement performance metrics and indicators to track progress and measure impact of agricultural programs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and industry partners, to gather data and insights on agricultural trends and challenges
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on data analysis and research findings
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to improve agricultural productivity and sustainability
- Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends in the agricultural sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Economics, or related field
