Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceuticals sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs and projects related to drug development, regulatory compliance, and market access. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, project management expertise, and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to pharmaceutical programs and projects.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track program performance and outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and project teams.

2. Program Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Monitor program progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and documentation as required.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all program activities.

4. Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence within the pharmaceutical landscape.
- Assist in the development of strategic recommendations based on market insights.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between various departments, including R&D, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

6. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve program efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
