We are seeking a Psychologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Construction industry. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing mental health support and counseling services to employees within our organization.

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to determine employees' mental health needs
- Developing and implementing treatment plans and interventions to address employees' mental health issues
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions to support employees in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and managers to provide holistic care and support for employees
- Conducting training sessions and workshops on mental health awareness and coping strategies
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and progress notes
- Participating in case conferences and team meetings to discuss and coordinate care for employees

Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology
- Licensed Psychologist in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Psychologist
- Experience working in a corporate or construction industry setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methods, and counseling techniques
