Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Psychologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing psychological support and counseling services to students, teachers, and parents to promote mental health and well-being within the educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify and address students' emotional, social, and behavioral issues
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions for students with diverse needs
- Provide counseling and therapy services to students, teachers, and parents to address academic, social, and emotional challenges
- Collaborate with school staff and administrators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on mental health awareness, stress management, and other relevant topics
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and progress reports
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of educational psychology

Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
- Licensed or certified Psychologist in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Psychologist in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
- Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
