Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and improvement processes within the organization to ensure that all healthcare services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of healthcare services provided by the organization through regular audits and inspections.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any deficiencies in quality.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions to educate staff on quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve any patient complaints or incidents related to quality of care.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in quality management in healthcare.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, quality management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- [X] years of experience in quality management in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
