Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead and enhance our quality assurance processes within the education sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in educational quality management, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in educational service delivery. The Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our educational programs meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, driving student success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance framework that aligns with the institution’s mission and strategic goals.
- Establish clear quality metrics and performance indicators to measure educational outcomes, program effectiveness, and overall institutional performance.

2. Standards Compliance:
- Ensure that all educational programs comply with local and international accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to established quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

3. Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of educational programs and services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement among staff and faculty.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in teaching, learning, and assessment.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to student performance, program effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster relationships with accreditation bodies, regulatory agencies, and professional organizations to stay informed on quality standards and best practices in education.

6. Policy Development:
- Develop and update quality assurance policies and procedures to reflect changes in educational standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional goals.
- Ensure that all policies are effectively communicated and implemented across the institution.

7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in the development and implementation of quality improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or assurance within the education sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing quality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of accreditation processes and educational quality standards, particularly in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and quality management software.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
