We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our telecommunications retail store, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote products and services
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
