We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing a team of retail associates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and boost sales
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
