We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our Agriculture retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong background in retail management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service
- Hire, train, and supervise retail staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to promote new products and sales initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in retail management, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
