We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of service operations programs within our financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service operations programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage a team of service operations professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Monitor and report on the performance of service operations programs, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define program requirements and objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support program delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
