We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Service Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail service department, ensuring that all service operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement service operation strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2. Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Lead and manage a team of service technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service operations.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of service parts and equipment.
6. Implement training programs for service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the service department.
8. Prepare and present regular reports on service operations performance to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of improving service operations efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of service management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
