Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Program Manager to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The Service Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of service operations within the manufacturing facility. This includes developing and implementing service strategies, managing service contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer needs and improve overall service operations efficiency
- Manage service contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring compliance and adherence to terms and conditions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of customer issues
- Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Lead and mentor a team of service technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall service operations effectiveness
- Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations and work to resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in service operations management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of service operations best practices and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Solid project management skills and experience with process improvement methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
