We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the agriculture industry. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families within the agricultural community who are facing various challenges and difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of clients within the agriculture sector
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans and interventions to address the specific needs of each client
- Providing counseling and support services to individuals and families experiencing emotional or psychological issues related to their work in agriculture
- Collaborating with other professionals and community organizations to coordinate services and resources for clients
- Advocating for clients and empowering them to access necessary support and services
- Providing crisis intervention and support during times of emergency or distress
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
- Participating in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and develop strategies for improved outcomes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensed or certified Social Worker in Dubai
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience working in a social work role, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Knowledge of community resources and support services available in Dubai
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others
