We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for consumer goods and a proven track record of successfully managing a store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Train and mentor staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns

Requirements:
- At least 3-8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer goods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail best practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
