We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in architecture and construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
