We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction industry and a passion for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to management
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Identifying trends and patterns in data to support decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
