We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic IT team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to support decision-making processes
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Monitor and optimize data quality and integrity
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
