We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes
- Implementing data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis
- Participating in the development and implementation of business intelligence tools and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
