We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive strategic decision-making within the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Collect and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Work closely with senior management to provide recommendations for improving business performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection and analysis efforts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
