We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the pharmaceutical industry. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with local regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training to staff on compliance issues and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities
- Work closely with regulatory agencies to monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business
- Investigate any compliance violations and develop corrective action plans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards, including pharmacovigilance and quality control
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compliance management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, healthcare administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and laws governing pharmaceutical companies in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
