We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
- Investigate and respond to compliance violations, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure that the organization remains in compliance at all times.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
