We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the construction projects
- Monitor and assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance
- Investigate any reported violations and implement corrective actions
- Provide compliance training to employees and contractors
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact construction projects
- Work closely with legal and regulatory authorities to address compliance issues
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws and regulations
