Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Dubai. As a Florist in our retail store, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique and eye-catching floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Provide knowledgeable advice on flower care and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Keep inventory stocked and organized
- Assist with store merchandising and display
- Handle customer inquiries and orders in a professional and friendly manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist in a retail setting
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Creative flair and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Floral Design or related field
- Experience with event planning and floral installations
