We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the financial services industry and be able to effectively manage the procurement process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and pricing for goods and services
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of procurement processes to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in procurement, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
