We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Ajman, specializing in the Energy sector. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives
- Source, negotiate, and contract with suppliers to obtain the best quality products at the most competitive prices
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet the company's requirements
- Oversee the procurement process, including purchase order creation, approval, and tracking
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Energy sector
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
