We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement, vendor management, and negotiation, with expertise in sourcing and purchasing raw materials and equipment for a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and purchasing processes
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and payment terms
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify potential suppliers and sourcing opportunities
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation and reports for internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
