We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for transportation and logistics services, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of the transportation and logistics department
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for goods and services
- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in procurement, preferably in transportation and logistics
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
