Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team in the telecommunications sector based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer loyalty.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and client feedback.

- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that client expectations are met.

- Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Engage in contract negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all client interactions.

- Customer Advocacy:
- Advocate for clients’ needs within the organization, ensuring their feedback is considered in product and service development.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services, and market dynamics in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
