We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in order to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the information technology sector
- Understand client needs and objectives and work with internal teams to develop solutions that meet those needs
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare regular reports and updates on client relationships and business development activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the information technology industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
