We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring that all customer needs are met and that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the service team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer needs and improve overall service quality
- Monitor service performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on service department performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service targets
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
