Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in accordance with client requirements, building codes, and industry standards. You will work closely with clients, project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs and expectations
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Supervise and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- [5-8] years of experience working as an Architect in the Real Estate industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Dubai
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
