Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Caterer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing meals, as well as a strong understanding of dietary restrictions and food safety protocols. The Caterer will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals for various events and functions within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that cater to a diverse range of dietary needs and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-free options
- Coordinate with event organizers and clients to determine specific menu requirements and budget constraints
- Source high-quality ingredients from local vendors and suppliers
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events, including buffets, plated dinners, and cocktail receptions
- Manage a team of kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or special requests

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Caterer or Chef in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Dubai's culinary scene and local food trends
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred

Required Years of Experience: 3-8 years of experience in catering or culinary arts
