Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Caterer to join our team in Dubai's construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a strong understanding of the unique catering needs associated with large-scale construction projects. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a diverse menu catering to the needs of construction workers and project teams, accommodating various dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Coordinate food service logistics for daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring timely delivery and set-up at construction sites.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards.
- Manage inventory and procurement of food supplies, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and manage orders.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff and catering assistants, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Monitor food safety practices and ensure all health and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the satisfaction of clients and staff, gathering feedback to improve services.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Participate in project meetings to understand catering requirements and address any special requests from project managers.
- Maintain accurate records of food service activities, including inventory, expenses, and employee hours.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering or food service management, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of managing food service operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service and catering.
- Proficiency in menu planning, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by project schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
