We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our telecommunications company operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up to date on changes in telecommunications regulations and laws in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Monitor and investigate any compliance issues or violations that arise.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies in Abu Dhabi.
- Lead compliance projects and initiatives to enhance the overall compliance program.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance management in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications regulations in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certification in compliance management is a plus.
