We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curator to join our team in Dubai. As a Curator in the construction industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential construction projects that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and plan construction projects
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services required for construction projects
- Monitor progress and performance of construction projects to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in construction project management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
