We are seeking a dynamic and creative Curator to join our team in Dubai. As a Curator in a retail setting, you will be responsible for curating and managing the selection of products, brands, and collections in our store. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure that our retail space reflects the latest trends and appeals to our target demographic.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive curatorial strategy for the store that aligns with the overall brand vision
- Research and source new products, brands, and collections to keep our retail space fresh and engaging
- Collaborate with the buying team to select merchandise that meets the needs and preferences of our customers
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that product displays are visually appealing and optimized for sales
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions about the product selection
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor insights to inform curatorial decisions
- Build relationships with vendors, designers, and artists to secure exclusive products and collaborations for the store

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in retail buying, merchandising, or curation
- Strong eye for design and trend forecasting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
- Knowledge of the Dubai retail market and consumer preferences is a plus
