We are currently seeking an experienced External Auditor to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, focusing on Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, with experience in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting external audits of our real estate clients to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Reviewing financial statements and other relevant documents to verify accuracy and completeness
- Identifying risks and providing recommendations for improvement in financial processes and controls
- Communicating audit findings to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CA certification preferred
- [Random number] years of experience in external auditing, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
