Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within our consumer goods company. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company guidelines
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for all new employees
- Conduct performance management and employee development programs
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions
- Oversee the payroll and benefits administration process
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees at all levels
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and requirements
- Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and ensure a positive work environment
- Manage HR budget and resources effectively

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
