We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employee productivity and engagement
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
- Handle HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
