We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency in the energy sector.
- Manage and coordinate all operational activities, including procurement, logistics, and project management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
- Supervise and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of energy industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certifications in operations management or project management.
- Experience working in the Middle East region.
