We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations, including but not limited to client services, compliance, risk management, and technology
