We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Operations Manager in the construction industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery
- Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor and evaluate project progress and performance to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure projects meet industry standards and client expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards on all construction sites

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
