We are seeking a talented and experienced Property Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of educational properties in Abu Dhabi. The Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with all local regulations
- Prepare and manage property budgets
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements
- Oversee vendor contracts and maintenance schedules
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance issues
- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for rent adjustments
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of properties
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
