Leasing Agent Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Agent to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate leasing and sales, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of success in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for potential tenants, showing properties, and negotiating lease agreements
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental rates
- Conduct market research to stay informed on current trends and pricing in the real estate market
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants throughout the leasing process and during their tenancy
- Assist in marketing and advertising available properties to attract potential tenants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in real estate leasing and sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software
