We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing properties within the construction industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market available properties to prospective tenants
- Conduct viewings and tours of properties
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms
- Screen potential tenants
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Resolve tenant complaints and issues
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in leasing properties within the construction industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with property management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends
- UAE driving license is preferred
