We are currently seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing the leasing process, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Market available properties to attract potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and close deals
- Coordinate property viewings, conduct tenant screenings, and prepare lease agreements
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and property maintenance standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and property owners
- Stay current on market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to make informed leasing decisions
- Collaborate with property management team to address maintenance issues, collect rent payments, and resolve tenant disputes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- [X] years of experience in property leasing, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, property management software, and online marketing platforms
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
- Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation
