We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team in Dubai. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing the leasing process for agricultural properties in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a passion for agriculture.

Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential tenants for agricultural properties
- Conduct property showings and tours for interested parties
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements with tenants
- Coordinate with property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine rental rates
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Agriculture, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in leasing or real estate
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and industry trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
